This soft play company wanted to create a community, leading to increased footfall.
They operate in a competitive climate and I advised that using social media to achieve this would forge relationships with their clients, leading to increased loyalty and greater attendance.
Their budget was small so I managed their Facebook account for one month to demonstrate the types of posts which would generate interest and get the ball rolling.
Alongside this I did some in-house training which unleased the inner creative in the head chef(!) and enabled them to take the page forward themselves.
Insights on Facebook showed a 400% increase in organic reach and a 121% increase in post interactions.
